We the classroom of 205, Declare our independence and form a more improved classroom the be educated in. In order to create a classroom of knowledge, achievement, and respect, we must form a constitution that will govern us. This constitution will help us develop our full potential. We the people must establish This Constitution, so our class will become a better environment.
Article I:
The Legislative branch will consist of a House of Representatives and a senate. House of Representatives & Senate
Each Representative will put forth their ideas of their row, regarding the rules of the classroom. These rules must be approved by the president in order for them to be legal. The House of Representatives shall have 3 representatives, one for every two rows. All students of room 205 can vote for a Representative. If one Representative breaks a law, their two rows can vote to get rid of them.
A representatives term must be 3 weeks.
Qualifications:
In order to be a Representative you must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
Must have good attendance.
Must be a natural citizen of Room 205.
Senate
The president has to approve them to be legal. There will be 3 senators for the classroom and will be elected every 2 month. Room 205 will choose the senators. The vice president will lead the Senate. If a senator breaks a law, the class of 205 can vote them off. Majority wins. A senate should be chosen from at least every 2 rows.
Qualifications:
Each senate should have a GPA of at least a 2.5 or higher with no behavior problems.
Must have good attendance.
Must be a natural citizen of Room 205.
Duties:
Make Laws.

The Executive branch shall have one President and one Vice President. President & Vice President
Room 205 will elect the president and vice president. They must give speeches and have campaigns before the people of 205 vote. The president and vice president will serve for 2 months and be voted off of the presidency earlier if not fur filling their duties. The new president and vice president will be voted on the day the previous president finishes there term. If the president/vice president fails to run the room of 205 or breaks a law, he or she can be voted off the presidency by the room of 205. Majority wins.
Qualifications:
Each candidate must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
They must have no more than 1 suspension.
Must be on honor roll.
Duties:
Declare our independence;
Stand up for us; protect us.
Lead the classroom.

The judicial branch controls punishment. When something happens the judicial branch shall take care of it. Judicial Branch
There shall be three judges in the judicial branch. The judges shall have no term limit, but they can be fired if they break a law. The judges will hear all cases of broken ruled by students. The judges will decide if students have broken a rule. They will also decide the consequence.
Qualifications:
Must have a 2.5 or higher.
Duties:
Enforce laws.
Bill of Rights
Every student has the right to privacy while they are working. Every student is also entitled to privacy in their conversations.
Every student has the right to entertainment as it eases their minds and allows their minds to flow more freely.
Every student is entitled to at least 20 minutes outside, other than gym class, per day, in order to promote healthy exercise habits.
Every student is entitled to the freedom to express themselves. We, as students, have the right to voice our opinions without being made fun of.
We have the right of having no homework on weekends.
We have the right to talk during work time and interact with fellow classmates, as long as our work is successfully completed.
We have the right to move freely throughout the classroom, which means we have the right to choose out seats as long as the president approves of the seats we have chosen.
